The videos posted here are of the public hearing by Akron citizen's who had been spied upon by the Department of Defense during a peaceful march and rally on March 19, 2005 to commemorate the 2nd anniversary of the Iraq war/occupation.  Yet, the event on the military database was listed as a "threat" and after the fact was still labeled "Open/Unresolved."   

 

The hearing had standing room only and lasted approximately 1-1/2 hours!
