Perkins Communications of Youngstown, has been working hard to overcome all of Time Warner Cable's roadblocks regarding PEG programming in Trumbull and Mahoning counties. PEG programming has returned to channel 15 in Trumbull county(Warren and surrounding areas) and channel 9 in Mahoning county.

                             Wadsworth
FreedomJournal.Tv airs 5 times a week on channel 15 on WCTV and Time Warner cable. For complete schedule of all PEG(public, education, and government)programming visit the City of Wadsworth website and click on WCTV.
 
                             Akron
Effective 10/20/08, FreedomJournal.Tv is no longer airing in the Akron area(including Cuyahoga Falls, Barberton,Fairlawn,Tallmadge and Mogodore) on Time Warner channel 15. Time Warner cable has stopped airing ALL public programming. A decision was made by the mayor's office  to eliminate all public programming and replace it with video text slide show of city information. If you want FreedomJournal.Tv and other public programming to resume on Akron's Time Warner channel 15, please call Akron City Council and voice your opinion.
 
                              Canton
Effective 10/20/08, there is NO programming airing in the Canton area on Time Warner channel 15. Time Warner cable has stopped airing ALL public programing. The Canton Public Schools and the mayor's office have approved an agreement for the Canton Public Schools to assume programming responsibility. For the past 2 months, Time Warner has been a roadblock. If you want FreedomJournal.Tv and other public programming to resume on Canton's Time Warner channel 15, please call Adam at the mayor's office for an update. 
 
                            Trumbull County(including Warren and Niles)
. An agreement has been reached with Perkins Communications to assume programming responsibility and PEG programming has resumed on channel 15. Visit onlineptv.com for information regarding program submission and program schedule.

                            Youngstown
